Buy a couple of spare ferrules with your order to keep you going for a while. You can adjust the height from 81cm to 91cm (32 to 36 inches) and once it is set, you won't need to adjust it again. Like all of our standard sized folding sticks, this one folds down into 4 parts to be stowed
