Thin layers of Metal Clay paste were painted onto each leaf until there was a substantial thickness. They were then fired in a kiln where the leaves completely burn away leaving their lasting impression in solid . 999 Fine Silver. Sterling Silver rings were then added for the chain & bail and fused closed for strength. Finally a patina was added to highlight the veins. Approximate size: 2 3
