Theres nothing more us than a big hitting banging beer and weve held nothing back for this birthday QIPA. Brewing beer to this strength always provides a backbone of ethanol sweetness so weve used Clean Fusion, developed by our friends at One Drop, to clean up the liquid and extract every last drop of flavour in the hops.
